Are the first 5 students really free?
Yes! All plans include the first 5 students at no cost. You only pay for students beyond the first 5. This makes NavEd perfect for microschools and co-ops just getting started.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated based on your current usage.
Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
No hidden fees, ever. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, no long-term contracts, and no surprise charges. Cancel anytime.
Do I pay for teachers, staff, and parents?
No! You only pay per student. Teachers, staff, administrators, and parent accounts are all included at no additional cost, regardless of how many you have.
Is billing monthly or annual?
Both! Monthly plans are per-student with no long-term commitment. Annual plans are a single flat fee for the year — Microschool ($99 / up to 15 students), School ($299 / up to 40 students), or Co-op ($699 / up to 100 students) — with all features included. What if my enrollment grows during the year?
Your pricing automatically adjusts as you add or remove students. You'll only be charged for active students, and changes are reflected in your next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for multiple schools?
Yes! If you operate multiple schools or locations, contact us for special multi-school pricing. We're happy to work with networks and organizations.
