Yes. Your first 5 students are free on every plan, forever, no matter how large your school grows. It is not a trial and it never expires.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time, no matter which direction your enrollment moves. See the next question for how that works.
Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
No hidden fees, ever. The price you see is the price you pay: one flat rate for the year, with no setup costs and no surprise charges.
Do I pay for teachers, staff, and parents?
No. Every plan is a single flat price for your whole school. Teachers, staff, administrators, and parent accounts are all included at no additional cost, regardless of how many you have.
Is billing monthly or annual?
Annual. NavEd is one flat price for the year based on how many students you enroll, from $99 for up to 15 students to $9,499 for up to 1000, with every feature included and your first 5 students free at every size.
What if my enrollment grows during the year?
You can move up to the next plan at any time; the difference is prorated for the rest of the year. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal.
Do you offer discounts for multiple schools?
Yes! If you operate multiple schools or locations, contact us for special multi-school pricing. We're happy to work with networks and organizations.
