Submit ideas, flag bugs, or ask questions directly inside NavEd — and watch your request move from received to resolved.

Every small school runs differently, and your input matters. The built-in feedback channel lets any staff member or administrator submit an idea, report a problem, or ask a question without leaving the app — no support email to dig up, no ticket portal to log into separately.

Real humans on the NavEd team read and respond to every submission, usually within a day. You can track status as it moves from received to reviewed to addressed, so your feedback never disappears into a void. An optional anonymous mode means anyone on your team can speak candidly.
