An ordinary Tuesday, second period. The teacher opens the roster to take attendance, and the accommodation is sitting right there next to the name, in the words the school wrote for it.
A school where four adults share one student is exactly where an accommodation gets dropped. In NavEd it is written down once on the student's profile, and from then on it appears beside that student's name for every teacher who has them, on the attendance roster and on the gradebook roster.

Do we need a specialist or a coordinator to use this?

Does the student see it?
No. Accommodations are visible to the school's admins and teachers, and to the student's parents. The student's own view does not carry the tab.
What if our plans are informal?
